Did you know that you can sync the SMOC events calendar with your computer's calendar...? The feed for the calendar is: http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/calendar%40smoc.co.uk/public/basic.ics
You can subscribe with any calendar program that reads the industry standard ical format.
The iCal application is standard on all Macs. (From the Calendar menu in iCal select Subscribe and paste in the link from above).
Outlook 2007 allows ical syncing. (See tutorial here: http://library-cafe.com/article/how-to-view-your-google-calendar-in-outlook-2007-524-1.html )
Vista calendar allows ical syncing. (See tutorial here: http://www.vista4beginners.com/Windows-Calendar-Part3 )
If you have an older version of Outlook (2003) it's not impossible.... but it's not easy.... (See notes and links here: http://www.grinn.net/blog/dev/2006/04/incorporate-google-calendar-into.html )
If you are using Outlook Express you will need a calendar enabled replacement. (Try Thunderbird http://en.www.mozilla.com/en/thunderbird/) Or get yourself a Google calendar.
I hope this helps, Jason
